6. Locate the green wire on the inner break light bulb, and cut it about 1" from the bulb holder. 7. Pare the cut wires ready for connecting into a bullet connector. You could use any connector, even twist the wires together, but bullets are what I used. 8. Crimp a 'male' bullet connector onto this wire, at the bulb side. 9. Locate the white wire on the outer break light bulb, and cut it about 1" from the bulb holder. 10. Pare the cut wires ready for connecting into a bullet connector. 11. Crimp a 'male' bullet connector onto this wire, at the bulb side. 12. Take one length of wire as in step 5, and join this with the green wire that is still hanging loose. 13. Crimp a 'female' bullet connector onto these joined wires. 14. Use the other end of the 6" wire and connect it in the same way with the end of the white wire that is hanging loose. 15. Connect the bullet connectors so that the white wire is now continuous and the green wire is continuous and you will see that the 6" wire that you have added is now a bridging connector across them. 16. Tidy the wires as required, using insulation tape, and slide the light cluster back in to the guides, reversing step 4. 17. Screw in the retaining fixing. 18. Clip back in the plastic cover. 19. Repeat for the other side.
